Experience of a minimum of 2 years working with digital marketing.
Spanish and English at the negotiation level.
Excellent understanding and experience in the world of Social Networks, the brand roles and creative strategies.
Born communicator and organizer.
Vocation of customer service (internal / external).
Critical thinking and prepared to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Ability to have a global vision of Social Media.
Works well under pressure

Mission:

Our Community Manager will provide professional, courteous and fast support for customers, in contact with other departments to provide two-way communication on consumer issues.


Outcomes and accountabilities:

  • Each day should review the tasks and tickets open in all websites and tools, follow up and send a status to the project manager.
  • You will be in charge of updating our clients websites via CMS. Owner of all changes required in product updates, home updates, and entry data as a main responsibility in your daily tasks.
  • The Social Media Manager is who implements the creative content.
  • It is the last responsible for what the Community Managers publish and answer, therefore they double-check with them.
  • You could be the backup Community Managers of any or several brands at any time.
  • May requiere RTM event coverage
