Marketing Planner Senior - Freelance




Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Consumer Insights:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover consumer trends, competitor positioning, and industry insights.
  • Analyze clients and employee segments to develop actionable insights that could help develop the brand positioning strategy
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to guide brand positioning, product development, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Brand Positioning & Strategy Development:
  • Develop and articulate unique brand positioning strategies that align with the company’s vision and resonate with target audiences.
  • Craft brand narratives that highlight value propositions, differentiate from competitors, and drive customer engagement.
  • Partner with creative, consulting and digital teams to ensure the project delivery in time.

Deliverables:

Research Phase: Works along with: Consultant (project Lead) & Intelligence team (research).

  • Digital Listening & BTP data analysis: Gathers key insights and relevant information (doesn’t do the digital Listening).
  • Benchmark.
  • Client & employees interviews.
  • Reviews and employee focus research.
  • Key findings reporting.
  • Final document development.
  • Presentation and feedback rounds.

Brand Positioning Phase:

  • Compilation of results and strategic development.
  • Creative approach and development (along with Creative team).
  • Revision touchpoint with client.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing planning, or a similar role within an agency or corporate setting.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly present strategies and findings to diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in brand positioning, customer segmentation, and strategic marketing frameworks.
  • Proficient in research tools and platforms, as well as analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, and survey tools).
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing, consumer behavior, and emerging trends in brand strategy.

Job Summary:

At Findasense we are seeking a skilled and insightful Strategy Expert to join as a freelance for a 2.5 - 3 months project. This role is pivotal in shaping and refining brand positioning for a key client that needs to extend their positioning on 2 angles: clients & employees.. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in research, brand positioning, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about elevating brands through insight-driven planning while being hands on with field research (interviews will be part of the research phase).
